This website is run by DUGS, a design and development studio in Hyderabad, India. This plain-language notice explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What happens to the details I send through the contact form?
When you contact us, we store your name, email address, company (if given), timeline and message in our database. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation. We may also receive the enquiry by email, sent through the email service Resend.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time by emailing hello@dugs.in.
What about client feedback forms?
If we invite you to give feedback on a project, the answers you submit are stored in our database. A testimonial is shown on this website only if you explicitly agree to its publication.
What analytics does DUGS collect?
We run simple first-party analytics to understand which pages are useful. It sets two cookies:
- dugs_vid: an anonymous, random visitor ID, kept for 1 year.
- dugs_sid: a visit ID that expires after 30 minutes.
We record the pages you view, the referrer and UTM campaign tags, your device type and your country. We do not store your raw IP address. A salted hash of it is used only to detect bots.
We honour Do-Not-Track and Global Privacy Control signals. If your browser sends either, we do not set the visitor ID cookie.
Does DUGS use third-party trackers or sell data?
No. We use no third-party trackers or advertising cookies, and we do not sell your data.
